A prominent landmark on the southern Gold Coast, Mantra Twin Towns recently underwent a full repaint and refurbishment across both its interior and exterior spaces. Prentice Painting was brought in to complete a staged upgrade to guest rooms, poolside areas, and the building's striking high-rise façade—executed while the hotel remained fully operational.

Exterior Façade and Balconies

The twin towers’ iconic curved balconies received a full exterior repaint using UV- and salt-resistant coatings. Working at height in coastal conditions required detailed staging and weather timing, ensuring all finishes could cure correctly while minimising disruption to guests.

Pool Deck and Communal Areas

The pool zone and shared external surfaces were cleaned, prepped, and repainted with non-slip, durable coatingsdesigned for heavy foot traffic and full sun exposure. Care was taken to work around guest use of the area, with each zone completed in isolation and reopened promptly.

Interior Guest Rooms

Guest suites were also upgraded with fresh coats of high-wear interior paint, enhancing light reflection and providing a cleaner, more modern appearance. Our team worked off-peak and coordinated access floor-by-floor to ensure minimal guest disruption.

Durability Meets Aesthetics

Every product used on-site was selected to withstand coastal humidity, sun, and salt spray, while elevating the visual experience for both guests and passers-by. This is a prime example of how thoughtful paint work adds long-term value—not just short-term shine.
